Do you install and dismantle rental equipment?

 
 

Tent and flooring rental rates include labor for installation and deinstallations for events on New Providence and Paradise Island. Set-up and takedown of other equipment such as chairs and tables are available at an additional fee.

 
 

Am I required to launder tablecloths before returning?

 
 

No, you are not required to launder table linens. Linens should be food and particle free and shaken out before being placed in bags.

 
 

Am I required to wash dishware before returning?

 
 

All china, glassware, flatware, etc., should be rinsed free of food and drink residue and re-packed as delivered.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

 
 

All equipment are reserved strictly on a ‘first-come, first-serve’ basis and subject to availability.

 
 

How do I make a reservation?

 
 

To make a reservation in advance, a 50% deposit of rental amount is required. Full payment is due before date of delivery for final confirmation. Accepted methods of payment include cash or cashier’s check, check with a valid Chekard, wire transfer and credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).

 
 

What is your cancellation policy?

 
 

Cancellations made within one week before delivery date will be charged 50% of rental. Cancellations between 7 and 30 days before delivery date will be charged 25% of rental. Cancellations before 30 days of delivery date will be charged 15% of rental. Cancellations upon or subsequent to delivery will be charged in full.

 
 

Do you provide rentals for events on the Family Islands?

 
 

Service for events on the family islands are considered on an individual basis. Please contact us with your event requirements to discuss how best we are able to serve you.
